We require 24-hour notice for any date change or cancellations for appointment packages. There is a 50% cancellation fee with less than 24 hour notice for services, packages, or no-shows.

Cellular phones are strongly discouraged in the Salon.

In-Store Credit only on all returns or gift certificates.

We recommend that clients schedule their next appointment prior to leaving Dk Salon.

If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, or if you would like a different perspective, please let us know. We are professionals and are happy to have clients work with all staff members.
